Can you tell me; have you cleaned all three filters... The one inside the bucket, the little grid filter inside, and the hygene filter at the rear behind the panel?

The first two yes. I have not cleaned the hygiene filter at the rear behind the panel. Not quite sure how to access this one.

If you remove the bucket, the access to the Hygene filter should be on your right hand side... Just click it open, remove the filter and wash it out, thoroughly... You must leave it 24hrs to dry thereafter, else it will clog-up again.
