If you feel the compressor at the back at the bottom is this hot to touch?
Ok not good news im afraid.
If the compressor is hot but its not cooling then you have a faulty compressor that will need to be replaced.
Ive fitted loads of these in the past as they are prone for failing on Bekos. But to fix this you will need to get a fridge engineer in as this isnt a diy repair as the fridge will need regassing after the compressor has been replaced.
But this isnt going to be a cheap fix. As a new compressor is about the £250 so unless its insured or under warrenty then its usually not worth fixing as you can get a new appliance for about that price or a bit more.
Sorry its not good news but if you need anymore info just get back to me.
Now worries your very welcome. I just hate giving bad news on faults like this.
Also if you havent already if you could rate the answer i gave that would be great.
