Hello, my name is George..

does the appliance still have water in it?

Kindly be patient whilst awaiting any responses from me as I'm not constantly available.

Not now i have drained it manually

Ok Tom.. First point of call.. remove the kickpanel an after draining through the small black hose if there is one, remove the filter to see if there is any debris in there.

DO NOT turn the appliance on yet

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Thats how ive drained it manually so that is done. Ive also had it in test mode. It will not spin or drain but will fill

Ok Tom, do you have a multimeter to check the resistance across the terminals of the pump?
