Can you tell me;

1. Do you think this is the door open alarm you are hearing...
2. Is the fan in the in the fridge working
3. Is the fan in the freezer working
4. If you turn the appliance off at the wall for a few minutes, then turn it back on, is there fault code... fault code is displayed as part of the numerical display, when you switch back on the fridge performs a diagnostic check and one or two lines of the fridge or freezer temp will light, that is the fault code

If you open the refrigerator door and press the switch for the door until the lights go out.. does the alarm still sound?

Hold the light ain... If it stops again, then you have either a faulty switch, or the door is mis-aligned
