Are you sure it was E1 Eileen and not F1

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

It was F1

Expert:  George-Allsorts replied 2 years ago.
Eileen, if it was F1, as E1 does not exist for that appliance, then F1 is a fault code.. It means that the appliance was having a problem with the motor... now this could be for one of many reasons..

Bad wiring connection
Short in the wiring between the motor and the PCB
Faulty motor
Earth leak from heater

Effectively, for any of these faults you are going to need the services of an appliance engineer...

If you let me know your postcode I will try find the contact details of one for you.
