Hi, welcome to Just answer ... F21 indicates a motor fault ... if the motor brushes are already replaced then please try this method to reset the error code:Turn the knob to off.Close the door.Turn the knob to 6 oclock position.Wait 2 seconds. The start/pause should begin flashing.Press and hold the spin button.Turn the knob to 7 oclock position.Wait 2 seconds.Let go of the button.Turn the knob to off. This should clear the code, if it does not please let me know

Turned knob to 6 O'clock (Rinse/Freshen up) - F21 came up as before, no flashing start button. Tried several times.

can you please leave the washer unplugged for around 30 minutes and then try this again
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Still won't reset - F21 flashing all the time.

Motor fault - could that also mean pump motor?

Expert:  KevinWhiteJA replied 2 years ago.
No, it indicates problem with the motor, wiring or the main control board ... it usually takes 4-5 attempts and then will reset .. you can also try to unplug the washer and remove the connectors to the motor then plug everything back and try again... if still it wont work then replace the motor
