Is the washer filling ok and will it start to wash?

Ok thank for that. If it leaveing the powered in the drawer then its either low water pressure or one of the coils on the water valve is faulty so the water isnt going into the correct section of the drawer.

What you need to do is make sure the water supply to the washer is turned on full.
Then if thats fine you need to pull the washer out and check the hoses at the back and remove them and aim them into a bucket and check the pressure is strong. If its weak then thats the cause as the pressure isnt there to take the powder.

If the water pressure is fine then you need to remove the top of the washer and there you will see the coils on the water valves. You need a multi meter and test each coil. They should read about 3.6K ohms. If any are faulty then the water valve is the issue and will need to be replaced and that should cure the fault from there and start taking the powder.

So check them out and see what you find. As if its not taking powder then its either poor water pressure or a faulty coil on the water not putting the water into the powder section of the drawer.
