The manual sent to you is for the complete KX-TG2721 and KX-TG2722 series The E, EB, and AL, relate only to the colours of the phones.
Certain facilities are available on certain models but not on others, and the coverage of this is given in the manual supplied.
Call transferring is covered on page 31/32 of the manual..
Call divert from the phone to the mobile is a a facility service that would normally be setup for you by your service provider..

Various Panasonic models may appear differently, but function should be similar.
Press the INT key to get the dial tone
Enter the call forwarding code of *71
Select the desired option from the list, Both Calls (0), Outside Calls (1) and Intercom Calls (2)
Select the desired option from the list, All Calls (2), Busy (3), No Answer (4), and Busy/No Answer (5)
Enter the destination extension number or enter the CO Line Access number and the outside phone number and press the # *****
