Hello, my name is George..
Can you give the model number of the appliance please..
Note** Adding more items to the refrigerator will raise the temperature of the compartment unless the items are actually cooler than the current temperature inside.
Kindly be patient whilst awaiting any responses from me as I'm not constantly available.

Note that the fridge does that almost every day, it goes to the temperature I mention , and then it goes back normal . Fridge 34 degree freezer 0 .

Can you tell me if you can hear the fan in the freezer compartment working?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Yes I do hear it works
Expert:  George-Allsorts replied 1 year ago.
And is the fan in the refrigerator section working?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Yes it does,I guess it works that's why it goes back to normal after 8 to 10 after, just saying.

If you remove the panel covering the compressor at the rear, can you hear the compressor/motor running?
How warm / hot is the compressor?
Expert:  George-Allsorts replied 1 year ago.
Are you saying that:
Fridge 64 Freezer -4
then
Fridge 32 Freezer 0
or have you got that a little mixed.. Is it possibly:
Fridge 64 Freezer 0
then
Fridge 32 Freezer -4
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Refrigerator 64 freezer -4
Refrigerator 37 freezer 0 when working correctly ,
Sorry I made the error the first time.
Expert:  George-Allsorts replied 1 year ago.
Can you check please.. The most likely version is:
Fridge 64 Freezer 0
then
Fridge 32 Freezer -4
Also, If you remove the panel covering the compressor at the rear, can you hear the compressor/motor running?
and, How warm / hot is the compressor?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Yes it's working and it's not hot just normal
Expert:  George-Allsorts replied 1 year ago.
If this is the case, then the most likely cause is the Refrigerator Temperature Sensor: https://www.geapplianceparts.com/store/parts/spec/WR55X10025
I am not completely familiar with your appliance, so all I can say is that you'll find it in the freezer compartment according to the diagrams.. https://www.geapplianceparts.com/store/parts/assembly/DFE29JSDCSS
If you find this doesn't completely cure the problem you have then there is a possibility you are short on refrigerant and may therefore need topping up / regassing
Please rate the assistance given & feel free to then ask for further assistance; I will then assist further if I can.
