The alarm beeps 10 mins into the programme (tried two programmes).
Red light for the glass cycle is flashing.

I do not have the model number. All appliance manuals were taken /destroyed by the builder! Sorry!

As you open the door of the appliance, there should be a label attached to the outer edge.
The model number and other related information should be on that label.

The flashing RAPID (Glass) led is indicating that the heating system has picked-up a fault...
Here are a few pointers to follow... The likelyhood is that you need to replace the heating element, but test before replacing
The fault could be indicating any one of the following:
1. Check and if necessary replace the heating element;
2. Check and if necessary thermal safety device attached to the heater;
3. Check the wiring connections of the heater;
4. Check the wiring connections to the pcb;
5. Check the contacts of the heater relay on the pcb;
