Hi

If the cooling fan is running all the time then its either down to the resistor on top or the control board.

What you need to do is remove the oven and take the top off.
There you will see the cooling fan. Follow the wires from the fan and you will see the resistor there. Test it with a multi meter and see what resistance you get . You should get 800 Ohms.

If thats fine then you need to remove the control board that you will see there. Inspect it and see if theres any signs of burning on there. As if it blow the electrics then its possibley taken the control board out and if it has then there will be signs of burning on there. In this case then the control board will need to be replaced.
