We have a new dish washer. Neff S5943X2GB. The power is on

Customer Question

We have a new dish washer. Neff S5943X2GB. The power is on but it is not taking on water. The pipe is not bent and there is water in the connection. There is a a plastic box thing attached to the filler hose. Would this be any thing to do with it? Or is it something completely UN related? Thanks

Can you tell me the model number and when and where this was purchased?

Was second hand. No lights are flashing

This may not be good news, sorry
Put the waste hose into a bucket on top of the machine
Cancel any existing cycle.
Pour water into the machine so its above the filters.
Start any new cycle. Does the drain pump run and put some water into the bucket?
