The power light comes on when we open the door ... but press start and nothing happens at all .. no drum movement/ noise/ no heat. When we removed the cleaning unit at the bottom there was some water ... which came out. Looking on your website it looks like this is a thermostat problem.. would you agree? Can you please help ?

Hi

Ok if it wont start or the drum turn then the thermostat wont be the issue as if it was the thermostat all this does is stops the heat not the drum or it starting up.

When you try and start it do you hear a beeping noise?
Have you checked the child lock isnt on as this can stop it from starting.
For the child lock press and hold both the start button and the buzzer button for a few seconds and see if it takes the lock off and then retry it and see how it goes.

If that isnt the case go back to the condenser chamber and make sure the clips are locked into the place as on this model im sure theres a microswitch that the top latch on the right activates to make the dryer start. Lift this up and down and see if you hear a clicking noise from there.

Try them first and see what you find and let me know how it goes.

Regards
