Also if you remove the bottom basket inside the freezer is there any ice on the bottom in there?

We have cleaned the drip tray over the compressor at the back of the freezer.

Hi Thanks for that. For a fault like this were its leaking it can only be from 2 places. Either the drip tray at the back overflowing and leaking or the drain hole inside the freezer is blocked up so the defrost water overflow and leaks onto the bottom of the freezer and leaks out from there. As you say there ice on the bottom of the freezer then there shouldnt be any at all so its looking like the drain channel is blocked causing this.The best way to clear this is empty the freezer if you can and turn it off for 24 hours and leave the freezer door open. This will allow the ice in there to melt and clear the drain hole behind all the panels in the freezer. After the 24 hour defrost turn it back on and i think you will find this will cure the fault from there and stop the leak. Let me know how it goes. Regards
