Hi

When it stops what does it show on the display?

Also lets see what the error code is.
Set it going on any cycle.
Then press and hold the start button and the button to the left of it.
Keep them both held in and after a few seconds the error code will come up E??

Let me know the code.

Regards

error code is E5H

Expert:  Daniel replied 1 year ago.
Hi Thanks for that. Error code E5H means a motor inverter control board fault here. What you need to do is remove the top and the right hand side panel. From there you will see a smallish control board attched to the right hand side. This is the inverter board so check the wiring connection to there and make sure all the blocks are pushed on there tight. Also look at the motor at the bottom when the right side panel has been removed and do the same with the wiring on the motor as well. Then retry it and see how it goes from there. But if still the same then its more then likely the inverter control board on the right hand side thats going to be the issue here and would need to be replaced to cure it. Regards
