Hi

Yes there is a fault in there but the good think is its just a simple fault here. The drain hole is blocked so this has caused the ice to build up behind the panel and has caused this problem. This is a very common problem on these as i have done loads of them for this fault you de

What you need to do to fix this is either empty it and remove the back panel in there and behind there you will see all the ice, Use a hairdryer and melt all the ice in there.

Or if you dont want to go removing the panels you need to empty the freezer and turn it off and leave the freezer door open for 48 hours and this will allow the ice to melt itself in there.

Then once thats cleared look at the back at the bottom and you will see the compressor.
On the top of this you will see the drip tray that collects the water.
Look above there and you will see a rubber flap valve. Just remove this as thats what causes the problem as it sticks and stops the water draining out so you just get rid of that flap valve as you dont need it.

Then retry it and that will be back to normal again from there.

If you need anymore info just get back to me.
