Basically tried everything I could Google
Expert:  Daniel replied 1 year ago.
Ok does the door handle feel loose or floppy?Have you pulled the washer out to try and release it from the inside ?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Yes tried that and it does feel floppy like it is broken
Expert:  Daniel replied 1 year ago.
Okay if it feels loose Then it's broken
What do you need to do is pull the wash machine out and remove the top.
From there look down the front on the inside on the right hand side there you will see the doorlock.
Poking through there on the far left will be the metal door pin. You probably won't see it but you need to reach down there and feel for it. Just make sure the washer is unplugged.
Then you need to push that metal door open so the left and at the same time pull the door handle this will then allow the door to open. If you cannot push it with your finger then you need to use a small screwdriver.
Try and and see what you find. Some people say it's not there but it will be. You just need to feel for it.
Once the door is open you can then check the door handle and then if broken you need to replace it.
Let me know how it goes.
Regards

Nice one glad to hear that got. Now what you need to do is replace the door handle from there and that should sort it.
