Hi Thanks for that. So this model is a heat pump dryer. What we need to do is get the error code up. To do this set the dryer going on any cycle and then press and hold the start button and the button to the left of it.Keep them both held in and after a few seconds you will get the error code up E?? Let me know the code. Regards
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Thanks
It is E00
Expert:  Daniel T. replied 1 year ago.
Ok if you got E00 then there isnt an error code in there.
When you set it going do you leave it to run the full cycle?
If so then is it stopping to say its dry but it isnt?
How long have you had the dryer for?
Regards
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Yes we leave it to run full cycle and when it's finished it is still wet
Not sure how long had this dryer around 18 moths 2 years. Is there a heat reset button?
Expert:  Daniel T. replied 1 year ago.
Hi
Ok just checking that you have used this type of dryer before.
I afraid there isnt a heat reset button in there as there isnt a heater. This uses a heat pump which is a bit like a fridge compressor. It pumps gas around the condenser unit at the bottom of the dryer and the heat it creates is then used to dry the cloths so there is no heater in there or reset button.
As theres no error code comming up then there isnt a break down in the circuit of the dryer. Its more then a blocked condenser base. Remove the filters on the front in the bottom left and make sure this is all clear there as if this blocks up then it effects the air flow around the dryer and stops the heat.
But when these condensers block up its a full strip down of the dryer to try and clear this.
But if thats fine then its possibley the heat pump thats faulty.
Now to be honest these dryer are hard to fix if you are not that handy at diy repairs. As its not like a normal dryer that has a heater.
But if you have the tools and multi meters to fix this then let me know and i can upload the service manual for you as this will help you a lot in fixing this.
