Ok when you turn the dishwasher on and select the cycle and press start does the start button go solid or does it stay flashing?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Expert:  Daniel replied 1 year ago.
Ok give me a few mins while i load the service info up. Ive not gone anywere.
Expert:  Daniel replied 1 year ago.
Ok try this and see what happens and let me know its a short test cycle. Turn the dishwasher on. (by the on/off button)Turn it off again.Press and hold the start button for 3 seconds. Then turn it back on.Press start again. Now it will run the short test cycle. Let it complete the cycle and then turn it off. Then turn it back on again and see how it goes from there and let me know. Regards

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
start button has always been rather soft
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I don't remember it being a clicking button
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
not like the on off button
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I suppose I could remove the module behind the start button
Expert:  Daniel replied 1 year ago.
Hi
Ok remove the control panel and take the control board off and check the buttons behind there.
Then refit and retry it from there. As to be honest this sounds like the front board isnt responding to the start button being pressed.
Check that and see what you find and let me know.
Regards

ok
Expert:  Daniel replied 1 year ago.
No worries, Let know how it goes.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
ok. finished the strip and replace
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
the start button seems to just sit on the module
Expert:  Daniel replied 1 year ago.
Ok im taking it its still not working?
If so then its going to be a faulty module unit. Remove it and open the plastic casing and sometimes the push button thats attched onto the board breaks off so the buttons doesnt actually press aganst anything. If this has happened then the board will need to be replaced here.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
sorry my PC stopped responding
Expert:  Daniel replied 1 year ago.
