My Fagor 6H-230X keeps resetting

Hi
If the timer keeps resetting itself once you set it then the timer is faulty.
Its quite common really this fault as ive replaced loads of them for this kind of fault.
So for this you have 2 options either replace the timer and that will cure it.
Or if you dont use timer settings then you can actually bypass it and this will allow the oven to work without the timer.
If you want to do this then you need to remove the oven and the top panel and take a picture of the wiring on the back of the timer and upload it on here.
Then i will be able to advise which wires to bypass on this.

Connect the two red wires together and the blue wires together with spade clip jumper connectors?
Expert:  Daniel replied 1 year ago.
Hi
I need to see the wiring on the timer to be able to tell you.
As you have a live and neutral going into the timer.
Then you have a live going into a relay on the timer and then it has to be live comming out so once i see the wiring i will be able to tell you what it is.

For some reason this site won't allow me to add a file. The cable locations are as follows:
LG1 = RED wire (bottom connector on PCB)
LG2 = Double Blue wire
Top (RED housing) connector next to relay - Blue wire
directly below (Black housing) connector - Blue wire
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
240V available across red and black housing connectors
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
LG3 is black housing and LG4 is red housing connectors respectively

As I can't upload the file below link shows the layout.

Hi
Sorry the wiring diagram for a timer is absolutly usless as they dont make sense so what you have said above doesnt make sense to me im afraid.
As you cannot upload the picture in here try and up load it to this site www.mediafire.com and then post the link for it on here and i can get it then.
Or any file sharing site you use.

Hi
Got it now thanks.
Not the easyist one to work out but from the looks of it its LG3 and LG4 you need to connect together and that should link the timer out.
Now the clock will see flash 00:00 as theres nothing you can do for that but you should still be able to use the oven that way.
