I have a heated towel rail with a danfoss valve. The towel

Resolved Question:

I have a heated towel rail with a danfoss valve. The towel rail has suddenly stopped working. All our other rads are ok. I have checked that the rad valve is on fully and have tried bleading but both have not solved the problem. I would next look at a sticking valve pin but am not familiar with the danfoss valve so cant see how to get at the pin. Any suggestions please. I have a wife with cold towels which is not a happy situation. Many thanks. Paul.
I have tried manipulating the valve and the rad has decided to work. Please could you cancel the requst. Can you also please give me a refund as I no longer need your service. Many thanks.

Normally a threaded nut at the base fixes it to the body.
Can you upload a picture as they make so many?

I expected a threaded nut but none exists, just a smooth collar. Not sure how to attach a photo to your chat. I am on an apple ipad.Looking at the Danfoss website the vavle looks like a
RAS-D2 Thermostatic Radiator Valve.
I was tempted to try and loosen the collar with a wrench but decided against it.
