Thank you for responding...
If you have done as instructed above and you do not have a turning motor, then you have either a failed motor, or more likely, a failed PCB.
Before we fail the appliance, I would like you to once again follow the procedure below, but this time we need to make sure that we are already out of program mode... So follow the procedure below and let me know how you get on..
1. Plug in the electrical connection and be sure dryer has power. Turn on dryer.
Press “Start / Stop” button for a while to start a program.
Cancel the programme by pressing “Start / Stop” buton 3 sec.
Then turn off the dryer.
2. Adjust the rotary switch to the Delicate program clockwise direction after Cottons programmes.
3. Press 'Buzzer Cancel' button and turn on dryer. Wait until “Start / Stop” led is blinking.
4. Press “Start / Stop” button to follow through steps of service program:
a. All led is blinking.
b. Controlling leds. All the leds are on and blinking.
c. Motor is turning anti-clockwise direction.
d. While motor is turning first level of heater is on. 1400 W ( 7 A) and pump is on, if exist.
e. While motor is turning second level of heater is on. 2000 W (9,6 A) and pump is on, if exist.
f. Motor is stopping. Heaters are off.
g. Motor is turning clockwise direction.
Continuing pressing “Start / Stop” repeats steps 1 to 7.
