We have an RET230LS thermostat controlling underfloor heating but the heating is not turning on
When you turn the thermostat and the red led comes on you can hear a pump working but no difference on floor temperature

Hi, is the boiler definitely firing up? And if so can you upload a photo of the underfloor manifold?

Yes boiler is definitely working because all radiators etc are working. This is just for underfloor heating in bathroom which is controlled by a separate dances RET230L controller. And that seems to be the issue. When just green led on nothing happening. when you increase temp dial and red light goes on you can hear pump engage but no temperature rise on floor

Hi , it is most likely the valve that is not opening to let the heated water through to that circuit . Do you know what c control valve is used?
