We are having difficulties in switching our AEG induction hob

We are having difficulties in switching our AEG induction hob on
This has been getting more difficult over the last week
one of the rings is extremely difficult to turn on
this morning we can not get it to switch on at all
How do we find the serial number to get someone in to look at it?
We bought it from ***** ***** about 10 years ago and have never had any problems with it until now
Please help

Hello My name is Ian ~ I am not on the site constantly so please be patient whilst waiting for responses to you queries - you need the following details - Model number, PNC or product code and serial number all off which can be found underneath the hob - sorry thats where it all is.
