Hello My name is Ian ~ I am not on the site constantly so please be patient whilst waiting for responses to you queries - do you have the ENr, I appreciate that you cant open the door, does it have a door release string in the drain filter flap??
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Hi,What is an ENr? And I can't see a door release string.Thanks
Expert:  Dales-Electronic replied 1 year ago.
An ENr is like a model number but is specific to your machine, the Avantix 6 just refers to a group of machines that have different specifications. You'll have to leave it with me whilst I see what I can find out. Are you able to take the appliance to pieces if needed?

It is the aviantixx 6, VarioPerfect. Is this the model?? There is no further info on the machine
Expert:  Dales-Electronic replied 1 year ago.
No its probably something like WAE28366 followed by and / and two numbers ie WAE28366/89 there are 15 different versions of the Avant 6 range.

Where on the machine would this be? It is nowhere obvious.
Thanks
Expert:  Dales-Electronic replied 1 year ago.
It should be on the side or back & dont laugh its also in the door recess !!
Did you look behind the filter flap for the release cord??
