Have you received the model info ok

Thanks for that.
F21 relates to a motor or control board fault.
Lets try a reset first and see if this clears it.
To reset it.
Turn the appliance knob to the off or reset position, 12 o'clock.
Turn the knob to the 6 o'clock position.
Press and hold the spin reduce button.
Whilst holding it, turn the knob to the 7 o'clock position.
Continue holding the spin button for about 5 seconds.
Release the button.
Turn the knob to off.
When your turn it back on it should have cleared the error code.
Then retry it and see how it goes. If the code comes back then theres a fault in there. Most of the time on this its worn carbon brushes in the motor. You need to remove the back of the washer and remove the motor at the bottom of the drum.
From there at the back of the motor you will see the carbon brushes either side. Remove them and see if they have worn. If so then you need to replace them and reset it again and that should cure the fault from there.
If you need anymore info just get back to me.

Tried the reset, first attempt resulted in error code going but machine did not cycle properly, on switching off again F21 returned so it lookes like the brushes are at fault. Do you know the part number and do you have a direct link to get back to you if I need further help
Expert:  Daniel replied 1 year ago.
Ok this will more then likely be the carbon brushes. The part number for them is 00154740
But you can get none genuine which is cheaper and you can get them from the link below. Just copy and paste it.
