Hi, I don't know if anyone adjusted the pilot, usually done if the pilot keeps going out on the thermocouple. There is a pilot adjustment screw on the gas valve. It may just be a simple tasks of turning it down slighly.Check its using the right gas, sorry don't mean to sound patronising ,but everyone makes mistakes.. Does the burner seem ok? When up and running
