Can you open the door of the washing machine, put your fingers at the top of the metal part of the drum and test to see if there is any upward/downward movement.

Then the indication is that the inner bearing of the appliance has failed.. The drum on this appliance is a sealed version and therefore will require being changed in one piece. If you wait a moment I shall try get you the replacement part number
