Have a Siemens WI12S140GB washing machine. Washing locked in

Resolved Question:

Have a Siemens WI12S140GB washing machine. Washing locked in and door won't open. Have checked the filter and it is now clear (removed a hair grip). Problem now is multiple lights come on but nothing happening. Sounds like pump is running free. Have unplugged for number of minutes and plugged back in. Same thing when trying a spin or other cycle, nothing moving

Hi Thanks for that. This error code you have here is a water leak in the base. What you need to do for this is pull the washer out from under the unit and lean it 45 degrees backwards as this will allow the water to drain out from the base of the washer.Once the water is out the flood switch will reset itself and clear the flashing lights. Then retry the washer and see how it goes. If it happens again then theres a water leak in there which you need to find and fix to cure this. So try that and see what you find as that's what the flashing lights mean that you have flashing. Regards
