I have a Stoves Newhome cooker in a mobile home with a faulty plate warming element. I am unable to get a manual so I wondered how to gain access to replace this element.

No leave it with me until tomorrow and I will get a manual from Head Office. I'm afraid everything is online these days and if you product code isn't listed I have to get the Technical Department to send it through from the archives.

OK I've just received a message back from technical to say that they have no diagrams, parts lists or technical information on that model because of its age. Could you let me have a picture of what you have and what you are trying to do and I'll see if I can talk you through it - Ian
