When I loaded a fairly small number of clothes, it ran for a few minutes and then stopped. The clothes were still wet.

What should I do to get such a load dry?

OK from my experience of 25 years in this industry if you use these dryers on sensor loads they tend not to work very well - if however you switch over and use them on timed loads you get much better results on both large and small loads. There is no quick fix sometimes technology works for you sometimes not. Try the appliance on timed and come back to me with your thoughts - Ian
