I cant get the element fan oven to heat up, I have

I cant get the element for the fan oven to heat up, I have 240 volts on both sides but the element wont heat up. Can you help. the oven is a DFS901SS

Hello Grant, my name is***** if you have 240v at both sides of the element.. but no heat, you have a discontinuation of the neutral required to make the circuit.
