Andy, both of those codes relate to a defective heater.
Use a multimeter to test and replace if necessary.
If the heater is in good condition , Then check the relay on the main circuitboard
Yes, that would be right.. If the element goes open circuit, it is common for it to trip the consumer unit (similar to when a bulb blows).
Once it is open circuit, the pcb can not detect any heat change and therefore throws-up a fault to show this.
Hopefully this has happened without damage to the pcb.
