Hello Mark, my name is George,

Turn the left hand knob to off.

Turn the appliance off at the wall for 10 mins.

After 10 mins, re-power the appliance

Turn the power onto the machine.
When it shows stop, press the button below the display.
If the button works, the word goes out and a cursor appears at the bottom of the screen.
Press the button repeatedly until you get the cursor to the far right of the display.

Turn the right knob to set the time.
Press the button

As i said the button doesn't work
Expert:  George-Allsorts replied 1 year ago.

I know you said that... Which is why I said to turn the appliance off at the wall for 10 mins before re-trying. Doing this resets all the electronics on the board.

Ok I'll try that

Is there another way to reset it?
Expert:  George-Allsorts replied 1 year ago.

Sorry Mark, there is no way to reset it.. That is going to be a replacement unfortunally

Expert:  George-Allsorts replied 1 year ago.

If you can provide me with the Service code, I can try find you a replacement source

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Where would I find a service code
Expert:  George-Allsorts replied 1 year ago.

Normally on a label down the side of the door or on the surround of the oven cavity.. The code should start with '85'

Sorry Mark, I have no sources for the PCB needed to cure the issue. I have come up as 'Discontinued by Manufacturer' at every supplier I use.

The PCB is in stock at 4whirlpool thought, but it is not cheap CLICK HERE
