Hi I think there may have been a site issue, I apologize for that.
The problem you are having is the main board.
But try one thing first.
Please either turn off the main for your microwave so there is no power or unplug it if yours isn't wired directly in.
Then please wait 20 minutes. Next you can repower the micro.

If so great. But if not you will need a new main control board. Its easy to replace if you are handy and have a few basic hand tools. No soldering is required, but a word of warning! Microwave ovens can retain a Lethal voltage even when disconnected from their power supply!!!
There is a capacitor that needs to be discharged first to work on them safely.
