The model number that you have given refers to an American Style fridge freezer - you have listed it as a freezer could you clarify your problem?

OK if you switch the appliance off and leave it for about a minute and then switch it back on do you get any messages (two letter) in the display area?
OK can you get around the back and tell me if the compressor (motor) is hot or cold?
