M/C SOMETIMES RUNS THROUGH PROGRAME ( INTERMITENT FAULT)

OK there are usually only two problems that cause this, the first is that the heater is not working and you wont notice this if you are using low temperature washes and the second is that there is a problem with the drain pump. So can you put it on the hottest wash you can select and let it go through without clothes in. Once it has done this tell me if it stops and if so where - Ian

OK E11 indicates that there is a problem with the drying circuit - it can be either the dryer heater. the temperature sensor or the actual dryer section pcb - rarely it can also be the wiring. Its a case of taking the top off and seeing if you can spot anything burnt firstly.
