Electric 4years old

Hi thanks for the reply, in this case you have likely a bad thermostat keeping the unit from heating. Its a common issue, especially if its only 4 years old.

If you are handy and have some basic tools, I can help you fix this one. You will need a multimeter for a few tests.

Sorry haven't got one where is thermostat located
Expert:  Michael replied 1 year ago.

I will tell you the best place to get the parts you need once the tests are done.

If not you will need to have a repair technician come out and replace the parts, there are three in this one, a thermostat, a Safety thermal fuse and the heater. One of these parts is bad, usually its only the thermal fuse or the thermostat.

All of these components are on the heater box inside the unit near the lower back part inside the machine.

But you can do as I usually do, I replace the thermal fuse for the heater and the T-stat and that should make it work like new again ;-)

The best place to get these two parts is : http://www.ransomspares.co.uk/

Its best to call them to order these two parts: 0844(###) ###-####/p>

In any case, I will stick with you until this is complete.

Please rate my service kindly.
