This one really does need to go back and since it is so new they will replace it no questions asked really ;-)
I wish there were more I could do for you but they will replace the unit for you for sure.
The best way to handle this is to contact them by phone as per your user guide and also on your warranty card for this, I can send you a # ***** but it wont be as quick for replacement if I do. The ones in the guide and card work much better, you dont need to be transfered as much.
But please let me know if you cant find a #?
