Good morning it appears your TV has developed a software fault.
If you have performed a factory reset, and the fault then comes back the only other thing you can try is performing a software patch\upgrade, in hope this bug has been fixed on a new release of software.
Can you please advise the model of Digihome TV so I can send you instructions for your specific model, if the TV is already at the current release, then you will need to arrange for the TV to be sent away to a service centre where they can replace the mainboard with a newer chipset.
