That may be so but I can't change to a new program. I can't do anything with it. It is about 8 weeks old.
Expert:  carlday1 replied 6 months ago.

Do you get any E number appear when you try to select a program.

What happens if you try and select a new program?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
No E number just a zero in the display and unable to change program
Expert:  carlday1 replied 6 months ago.

Has it worked ok until recently?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
Expert:  carlday1 replied 6 months ago.

Ok have you tried turning it off at the plug socket for a couple of minutes and giving it a chance to reset. I do feel though that after 8 weeks of use it should not need resetting, I am worried that it may be something more serious.

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
This is the display at the moment
Expert:  carlday1 replied 6 months ago.
