Can you check something for me?
Please open the freezer, is there any heavy frost on the rear wall inside the freezer?
Also may I have the full model # ***** your fridge?
Hi look inside the fridge on the walls, let me know if it there usually its on either right or left wall inside;-)
Next step to determine if this problem is a defrost issue which is pretty likely or there may be a bad part you first need to defrost the fridge.freezer for 24 hours with the unit unplugged and the doors open.
Make sure to place a towel on the floor inside both the freezer and fridge sections to catch any melting ice coming from behind the rear wall inside.
Once that's done, you can plug it back in and then try the dispenser, let me know what happens, this may very fix the issue. If not please reply to me for further instructions, we will get it working for sure ;-)
In any case, I will stick with you until this is complete.
