Thank you for that information.

With Error F61, you can try unplugging the machine for 10 full minutes and then plug it back in, if that works Great!

But if not you will need to replace the door lock mechanism to clear this fault.

The best place to get a new door interlock is :http://www.ransomspares.co.uk/

Its pretty easy to replace if you are a little handy and have a few basic hand tools. I will help you when you have this part as well;-)

I would call Ransom spares to place the part order so you are sue to get the correct part, also if you call they will ship out the same day in most cases;-)

Please call: Ransom Spares: 0844(###) ###-####

In any case, I will stick with you until this is complete.

Please rate my service kindly.

Also it is the only way I am credited for my time and expertise with you.

Once you rate, I will be notified and will add your question to my priority list so you can reach me anytime until this problem is solved.

Then you can reach me by simply replying to this message anytime.

Thank you and have a nice weekend!

Sincerely

Tech Michael

Thanks michael will do that.In the mean time the door is pretty much locked with washing inside. How to open?
Expert:  Michael replied 6 months ago.

Hi you could take the top and front off enough the find the release catch and use a screw driver to release that door lock, or you can wrap a piece of strong thin cord around the door so it will pull the latch Inward and then you can open the door. If that doesn't work and you dont take the door apart you can just pull hard on it but not using the door Handel or it may break also but the the door will pop open breaking the door latch that is already no good lol.

Please remember to rate kindly at this time so I can remain with you.

Thanks
