The flame icon has gone from the boiler display panel, so no hot water. This has happened before but cam back by turning off and the plug socket and back on again. Now nothing is happening at all. Thanks

Hi, is it a pressurised boiler? If so ,is the pressure above 1 bar?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
but the pressure is at 0.5 bar

Hi , it should be above 1 bar. Can you top it up ? Then reset the boiler. Top it up to around 1.2

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Hi, I have topped up to 1.5 and turned off at the mains plug and back on again, but still no hot water. Is there a certain routine to follow to reset the boiler?
Thanks, Tom

Depends on the model. Is there a button with a flame symbol or dedicated reset but to ?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
There is but nothing happens when I press the flame button....
