How old is your Grill?
Also did you mean when the temp is reached? Or time like you mentioned?
Hi , last questions, are you talking about a timer setting causing this problem?
Or after preheat?
Hi yes that is correct, thanks for all the information and your patience.
You need to replace the main control board(timer clock).
Its east to do and it doesn't require any soldering, its all plug in;-)
Don't worry I will help if you are a little handy and have some basic hand tools you can do this.
The best place to get a new control clock for this one is : http://www.espares.co.uk/
I would call them to place this order, and if you call they will ship this the same day you call in most cases;-)
Please call espares: 0844 9777 888.
In any case, I will stick with you until this is complete.
Please rate my service kindly.
