My Beko ECO WMB 81445 LW has stuck in the Daily Quick cycle.

Customer Question

My Beko ECO WMB 81445 LW has stuck in the Daily Quick cycle. It goes to end for a few seconds the lock symbol turns off then it immediately re-starts for a few seconds and then repeats as above. Have tried cancel/ reset button and turning power off. Nothing works - it goes straight in to the same cycle.
Checked the front drain for blockage and all is clear although there was a small piece of lolly pop stick in there. The little flow motor is spinning freely.
Looked on line and found a reset code. (set to 90 degree wash whilst turned off. Hold down reset/start button and turn on again.). This has resulted in an F13 symbol . I can't get beyond this. The advice was to then set to spin and hold down the start/reset button again before switching the appliance off. I have tried that but when I switch on again it just returns to the same Daily Quick cycle loop as before.
Any help please!

Hi Rob,

My name is ***** ***** I will help with your question. Has the machine got any water in it?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
No
Expert:  carlday1 replied 4 months ago.

Could you try this reset again and let me know if you still get F13 does the washing machine spin ok?

Turn the machine off.

Turn the dial to the 12 o clock position.Press and hold the start button and with that held in turn the washer on.After a several seconds let go of the start button..

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
Still F13 and the machine does not spin. I get a brief C d and reverse 6 symbol while holding the start/cancel button on spin but then F13 as soon as I release it.

I am afraid that F13 fault on this machine is often caused by a faulty motor or motor board. Would you be looking to repair this yourself? I have in the past had problems similar to this and it was caused by a corroded connector on the motor once I had re terminated the motor the machine was perfect again.

I would be willing to repair it myself it it was a relatively easy job. If not it would depend on repair costs to get someone in. Could you advise on how to access the motor board?
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
Any thoughts - I have taken the back panel off to expose the drive belt motor and there is no obvious problem with any of the connections there - all wires and connectors look in good condition.

Could you send me a photo of the motor and connectors.
