Is there any heavy frost on the rear wall inside the freezer section?
Also how old is your fridge?
Hi thanks I see that now.
First, unplug your fridge when you have time.
On this model you will need to defrost it for 24 hours with the door open. Make sure to put down a towel on the floor inside the fridge to catch any excess water.
Then you can plug your fridge back in and see if the temp drops as it should then to the set temp.
This should solve the issue for now, but let me know if the condition re appears after about two weeks,
Thats when we will know if there is a defrost component that has failed. You can reach me here anytime.
In any case, I will stick with you until this is complete.
