I have a Panasonic NA 168VG4 Washing Machine. The wash

Hi. I have a Panasonic NA 168VG4 Washing Machine.
The wash continually stops mid-cycle ,leaving water in the drum.
There is an error code -U11.
I have tried taking out the filter ,which results in the shallow tray filling quickly.
I feel that I would be there a long time in trying to empty the drum of water, via the shallow tray!
There appears to be no obvious blockage in the filter area .
Access to the rear of the machine is difficult.
can you help please?

Hi John - my name is ***** ***** in the UK. U11 as you have worked out is a draining out fault. First thing you need to do is empty the drum and yes it may take you some minutes to do so but you need access to the filter and pump assembly. Come back to me when you have this done.

Hi Ian .Thankyou.I have already tried for 20 minutes to empty the drum via the shallow tray.
I only managed to remove a small proportion of the water via that method.
The washer has been installed with no legs -i.e. flush to the floor and cannot therefore be tilted
This would have taken a long time to empty.
Is there a more effective method please?

Other than getting the drain hose down to floor level and dumping it into a washing up bowl sadly no.
