Hi, I have a hotpoint tumble drier model TCEM80C6P, serial number###-##-#### I have just phoned customer services who have put me on to you, I realise my tumble drier is one of the recalled models, I registered in February this year and was informed someone would be in contact with me within 10 weeks, I'm still waiting to be contacted. My tumble drier is now making a banging noise when used, which I now no longer can use, it is only 18 months old , can you please help

It was hotpoint services, my name is***** 8 Coe gardens, Oban, Argyll, they did say that it would be January 2017 at the latest, that an engineer would be out, obviously I can't wait that long as we live on the west coast of Scotland and weather here is not the greatest, and have 5 people living in my house, which is not ideal

They dont want bad publicity ;-)

They said they are extremely busy but the service girl was very understanding about your situation.

She said she will bump your service by date to 2 weeks from today! Yay!
