Customer Question

Frost is caused by condensation, its likely you have the freezer on two low a setting, the door is being opened two frequently or the door seal has failed.

Are there any obvious signs of the door not closing properly, or the door seal coming away\being torn?

Then its likely the freezer door is being left open or opened to frequently for the temp you have it set to, unless you can see any cracks or holes in the freezer compartment where the cold air could be escaping from.
